Refund policy

1.1 In a sad event that you might be wholly satisfied with your order or believe that there is a fault with the product, please let us us at the earliest possible opportunity:

1.2 You can email us at info@circlevivendi.com or phone us+353 879245740 , that you would like to return product stating what products and the reason. 

1.3 If the reason is damage to the products please provide us with images of the damage.

1.4 All our products are handmade and therefore we put approximate dimensions under product description but if they deviate it should be bare minimum.

1.5 Product are to be returned in original packaging as close as possible.

1.6 If return is other than damaged product than you are responsible for return costs.

1.7 Upon review will will notify you and issuue refund
