Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with your Circle Vivendi order. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once you have notified us of your return, please send the item back within 14 days.

Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate. We will be happy to help and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
